The candidate downloads the initial application form from Internet and sends the filled application form and a fees of 200 Euro (DD) directly to the nursing board.
Usually within one month, the candidate receives the Application Pack.
The candidate needs to send the filled application form and the certified copies of all the documents to the nursing board directly, and verifications from the relevant authorities should be sent by the institution.
When all of these documents are received at the Irish Nursing Council they start the assessment. If any further clarifications are needed from the candidate, they will inform the matter to candidates. The candidate is required to produce the relevant documents to clarify their doubts. After the assessment, they will issue the Decision Letter.
After that, the agency looks for employment for the candidate. When the offer of employment is ready the employer will apply to Anbord for an adaptation date.
After the adaptation is confirmed, the employer will apply for Greencard.
The Greencard will be issued by the Department of Enterprise within 45 days.
The agency applies for Visa (Employment VISA) immediately after the candidate receives Greencard. (Usually the visa processing time is 8 to10 working days)
After the visa is ready, travel arrangements are made.
Airport pickup, accommodation etc. will be arranged by the agency in Ireland.
