Data Processing
How CareerFlyt processes data on behalf of the organizations that use it. Organizations that need a signed agreement can request one from support@careerflyt.com.

Roles
The organization is the data controller. CareerFlyt is the processor, and processes its members' data only on the organization's instructions, to provide the service.
What is processed
Member accounts, resumes and approved profile information, saved jobs, generated application materials, program and placement records, and the usage and audit records needed to operate the workspace.
Security measures
The controls described on the Security page: role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, malware scanning of every upload, a tamper-evident audit log, and tested backups.
Service providers
CareerFlyt uses a small number of hosting, AI, and payment providers, each under written data-handling terms. The current list is available to organizations on request at support@careerflyt.com, and organizations are notified before a new provider handles personal data.
Deletion and return
When a workspace closes, its data is exported on request and then deleted according to the organization's retention settings. Individual members can export and delete their own data at any time.
